Day 53 or something...although I went and changed it so that I am back on week 6 instead of 7 because I missed a few workouts in week 4...so during week 5 I went back and did the week 4 workouts I missed and continued on from there...
What have I done so far? Well, I have reduced my body fat by 6% and lost 7 pounds. Not sure how many inches yet, but I am fitting my non-lycra filled jeans that I was drooling over....YAY!!
I eat whatever I want on Sundays and don't track calories. I like this. Gives me something to look forward to and I don't have to tell myself "I can't have..." but I say, "I'm waiting till..." There is no way to cram every tasty thing on the planet into one day, so I only have a treat and move on.
